joholz.app

Terms of use

Effective August 20, 2026

The short version: joholz.app is free to read, it is run by one person and it is given as it is. The rest of this page is that said properly.

Who this is between

joholz.app is made and run by Josh Holzhauser, a sole proprietor in Lakeland, Florida. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it, and if you already have, stop and it ends there.

This page covers joholz.app. What it does with your information is a separate document: the privacy policy.

What it costs

Free to read.

What you agree not to do

  • The writing, code and designs on this site are Josh’s work. Read them, quote them, link to them. Do not republish them as your own.
  • Sample and template pages describe fictional businesses, unless the page says otherwise. Nothing on them is a real offer.
  • Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited sales messages.

What is not promised

joholz.app is given as it is. It is one person’s work, it does not come with a guarantee that it will always be available, and it can change, or stop, at any point. To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty of any kind, and I am not liable for anything lost through using it or through not being able to.

In practice that means keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. That is good advice about any free service, including this one.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Close the tab, and email me if you want anything you have sent deleted.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

If these change, the effective date at the top changes and the new version appears here. Carrying on using joholz.app after that means the new version applies.
