A CRM built around your AMS.

Renewals, households, checklists, intake forms, payment links and the end-of-day report, all in one place. It’s built around EZLynx, and if your agency runs a different system, I build it around that one.

It isn’t an AMS. Your AMS knows what you’ve got. Velora knows what you have to do about it this week.

Renewals, in order of what’s due

Every renewal falls into a band: overdue, this week, this month or later. The premium change sits on the row, so a client facing a big increase stands out before they start shopping around.

A checklist for every new client

Your onboarding steps go onto a new client in one click, from the bound policy to the thank-you card. Each step has an owner and a due date, and once it’s done it keeps who did it and when. You write the checklist yourself, and change it whenever your process does.

Intake forms that start filled in

When you take an intake over the phone, start from the client’s EZLynx export and their drivers, vehicles and VINs are already on the form, each one marked until you’ve checked it with them. Or start from the last intake they gave you. The forms are yours to build, with the questions your agency actually asks.

What happens to client data

Your agency holds people’s card numbers and license numbers. This is how Velora handles them.

Card and bank numbers are encrypted in the client’s browser.
They’re locked before they’re sent, and the CVV is deleted once you’ve processed the payment.
A payment link works once.
It expires on its own, and stops working the moment the client submits it.
License numbers and birthdates are encrypted too.
On every intake form, whether the client fills it in or you do.
Only the people you invite can sign in.
Switch someone off and they lose access to client records straight away.
Every change is logged.
Who changed what and when, with the value before and after.
Velora never has your EZLynx password.
It never signs in to EZLynx. Everything that comes across comes from an export or a paste you made.

How it fits with your AMS

  • Your AMS stays the system of record.

Policies and client details stay where they are. Velora is where the week’s work gets done.

  • Your book is loaded from an export.

You pull a policy list out of your AMS. I load it and match every household by policy number, and I can load it again whenever you want fresh data.

  • It isn’t a live sync.

New renewals come in when you paste them, so your list can be ahead of your AMS instead of waiting on it.

Changed when you ask

It’s set up around how your agency already works. When you want something added or changed, you email me, the person who builds it.

The checklists, the printable intake and filling an intake from an EZLynx export all started as one agency owner asking for them.

Add-on

AI email drafting

Optional, and priced separately from Velora.

Click Generate email on a renewal and it writes the email for you, subject line included, from the details already on that renewal. It never makes up a date or a dollar amount, and it never sends anything. You read it over and send it from your own email.

It works from the renewal’s details and never sees a card number, a license number or a birthdate.

Set Velora up for your agency

A one-time setup fee, then from $250 a month depending on your agency.

Add-ons, like AI email drafting, are priced separately. Month to month.

Email me which AMS you use and roughly how many renewals come through each month, and I’ll reply with what it would cost for your agency.
