Guava and cream cheese in puff pastry. Buy them by the dozen.
Cortadito
Cuban espresso cut with steamed milk and sugar. The line starts at 6:30.
Croquetas
Crisp outside, soft inside. Six to an order.
Empanadas
Beef or chicken, baked, with parsley on top.
The pressed sandwich
Queso, roasted peppers and avocado on Cuban bread, pressed flat. Yuca fries on the side.
Tres leches
Sponge soaked in three milks, with berries when we have them.

It started as a coffee window and one case of pastries. The case got bigger and the window stayed the same size. Everything is still made in the back, starting at four in the morning.
